Leaving for Seattle

Well tomorrow I will fly up to Washington to Andrea's and Nates for the Birth of my newest Granddaughter. No 12. WOW. I am a little nervous about flying but I usually am. I usually try and sleep and that makes the time go faster. I dont think to many people will be flying on a Wednesday so maybe I will be able to stretch out. Donnis is taking me to the airport cause i need to leave around 12:30 PM. My next post will be from Issaquah so hang with me.

Hotel for Dogs

Well today is Saturday and I went to an Open House with a friend of mine Donnis. It was for her Daughter and son In Law's new Tax business. It was in Queen Creek which was a little drive but it was a beautiful day and so it was nice. They had a petting Zoo for the little ones and the animals were so cute. I Usually dont care for animals but these were all small and really cute. They had chickens, goats, Pot belly pigs, lambs, Dwarf donky and Dwarf horse. All really cute. Then we grabed a bite at KFC and came home. After a short nap (which seems the norm for me in my retired life) I took in a Movie with Deb and Dean and the kids. Hotel for Dogs. It was a really cute movie. Now I am back home and doing some painting. Artistic not Walls. It seems so nice to have such great weather that it makes one want to be outside all the time. To bad I have so much to do inside as I am leaving on Wednesday for Seattle. Soon to be a new grandma again. Number 12. Love them grandkids.

Roasting Marshmellows

Went over to Deb and Deans tonight to roast marshmellows in there back yard. It was really a beautiful night and we had a nice fire in the fire pit and we all roasted marshmellows and had a smore or two. It kind of made me want to go camping again. I was going to take some pictures to post but my camera battery was dead so no luck. Maybe next time. Still waiting for Xmas pictures from Troy and Anita. Hint Hint....... Deb and I went shopping at Hobby Lobby the other day and they had all there Xmas stuff on for 90 percent off. Got some beautiful garland, and wreaths and candle holders for dirt cheap. I got 170.00 dollars worth for 17.00 and Deb got about 250.00 worth for 25.00. Great buy. Just have to wait until next year to use them though. Bummer.

Movie Night

Well I decided to take in another movie tonight. Probably not the best movie to see this time of night but it was pretty good. Kind of depressing though. 7 Pounds, staring Will Smith. I really like him as an actor and this movie shows how talented he is. Glad I seen it but probably would not buy the DVD. He was terrific in it though.

Valkerie

Yesterday me and a friend went out to dinner and then went to the movie Valkerie. It was a great move. Suggest you go to see it. Its about an assination attemp on Hitler. It was a true story and was pretty interesting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0TnZglj9Zo

Went to church today and then just layed around the rest of the day. Deb and Dean invited me to go to Flagstaff with them yesterday to play in the Snow but because I am still trying to get over this major cold that I have had that I better not go. The High was only 42 down there and I get soooooo cold. Not to much exciting is happening so will continue later. .....

Down with the Xmas Lights

Well today I finally got my Xmas lights down. The weather was cool and cloudy and I felt like I could get out side a bit and try and get something done. Got all the lights down and put away. Worked so hard I had to go to In and Out for a burger. NOT GOOD.

I just had another neighbor go into forclosure on there home. Thats four just right next door to me. One did sell so it ocupied. This economy does not do much for the price of my house. Guess I wont be selling anytime soon. Probably its a good time to buy for someone that is looking and can get a loan.

Xmas in Utah

I went out to my sons My Space and he had posted a couple pictures of the kids at Xmas so I copied them to my blog. Hopefully I will get some more of them later Hint Hint. Enjoy.

Well I am learning

As you noticed I have figuered out how to change the background and colors on my Blog. >>> Yea>>>. It seems like I have been spending a lot of time on the internet lately with all the technology out there my next quest is to master I-Tunes. That thing is a headache. But I am letting it done. Today is Sunday and i am still feeling a little under the weather. This has gone on way to long. Its mainly just the coughing crap. Its a cloudy day and I just want to stay in and just spend the day resting and not doing much. So until later. Happy Day...

Jason , Jamie and Kids.

Here is a cute picture of Jason and Jamie and the three Kids. The Twins , Tayson and Trey are 2 and Bracken is 7. Dont have any Xmas or Thanksgiving ones but wanted something of each one of my Children on this blog. They live in Wellsville, Utah. Some of the pictures were taken at Yellowstone this last September. Looks like a lot of fun. Hopefully i will be getting more pictures from my Utah Kids. Until later........

Xmas at My house 2008.

Here are some pictures of My Decorations. I had a gingerbread house in the closet that had been there for about 4 years so one night I just sat down and did it. Green Frosting was kind of a surprise but Oh well. I put my littlest of two Xmas tree's in the family room this year and was never quite happy with it . I missed my big one. I did appreciate Aleck and kenna Decorating it for me though. And the outside of my house looked like a ran a refuge for animals. But it was cute. Had a Bear, two Deer a Snowman and a Santa. I still have them up. Come tomorrow though I guess i better start to dis mantle them. . Got my tree out a couple days after Xmas. I had a very nice Xmas and Santa even made it to my house. Compliments of ME I got a GPS system for my car. A new purse, and all my kids gave me a Watch, a couple CD's a blender, a toaster some candy, a necklase that Deb made and then got some gifts from friends so it was a nice Xmas. Got lots of Candy to eat........... Looking forward to a great New Year. I would love to write about my other Childrens Xmas in Utah but so far no pictures. Come on Kids..... send them. Love you all.

Xmas in Washington

Well Christmas in Washing was just as exciting. Even though I was not there I sure enjoyed the pictures so I am adding a couple here to my blog. Looks like Santa was very nice to them also. Sky and Noah opening there stockings from Santa and then all the presents they got. Blankie for new little one from Grandma.

Xmas in Arizona

Xmas Eve I went over to Deb and Deans and spent the night. Dean was reading a Xmas story and one of Santa's Elfs opened the front door and tossed in some presents and then took off. Everybody was excited and tried to run outside to see if they could see him. We all opened the presents and it was (of Course) Pajamas. I stayed the night so that I could see the kids open there presents on Xmas Day. Deb fixed a nice dinner and we had a fun and busy day. They kids played with there toys all day long. I made the picture of the Arizona Temple that Deb is Holding because that was where they were married. Turned out pretty good even if I do say so myself.

Kennedy's 5th Birthday at Chuck E Cheese

Yep another Birthday in December. Kennedy turned 5 on the 16th. She had a party at Chuck E Cheese and got lots of presents. I was so happy to be able to spend it with her. She had a blast. Espically when she got a special song from Chuck E Cheese. I love it that some of my Grandkids are right in my back yard. We spend a lot of fun times together. They will call me and say Grandma can you come over and play. It is so cute. They are precious as are all of my grandkids. wish they all lived closer.

Noah's 3rd Birthday

Well my little Noah also celebrated a Birthday in December, on the 6th. He is Three years old. I have kind of stole this pictures from his moms blog but I though it was so cute. They had a busy day because the Microsoft Xmas party was that same day. What a little cutie. I wish I could have been there to give him a big hug.

For little Sierra Iris

Another post today is pictures of the balloon release I did in momory of our little Sierra Iris on her 5th Birthday which was December 10th. Aleck went with me to the Store and then he Helped me do the release. Just wanted to post them because she is always in my heart. We love you little Sierra.

Thanksgiving in Arizona

Just thought I would post the picture we had taken at Claim Jumper for Thanksgiving when Troy and Family were down. Cute huh. We had a great time while they were here. The kids loved the pool and of course the warm jacuzzi. i dont know how they dare jump into that cold water. It was only about 60 degrees. To cold for this old body. All the cousins played together and they all got along so well. Family is Great.

Not so good at this updating stuff

Well I have had this blog since 2007 and you can tell I have not been to active with it. So my new years resolution is to be a better blogger........ Had a great Xmas and was Sick for the New year celebrations so I sat in bed and watched them on TV. Had a bad cold and cough and just felt like Crap. Went to the Doc and got some meds and they are slow to act but do feel much better today. still coughing a lot. Anyway what a way to start the New Year huh. Did get out of the house for a bit today and went over to Debs and visited for a while. The kids kept calling me and wanting me to come over and Play so I went over for a while and then came home. Had or triditional Sauerkrout and pork on New yeas Day so we will be rich all year. (Pennsulvania Tridition thanks for Dean). We have been doing it for years and so far we are not poor. So it much work.

I worry about Andrea up there in Washington. She is due in about 6 more weeks or so and just spent the night in the Hospital on the monitors. Baby is doing good but Andrea feels crappy. Will be nice when the little one is here. The Doctors (3) or so and taking really good care of her. I plan to go up the first part of February for a while. I will probably be there as long as they need me. I can at least chase the kids around a little I Hope. She had her Laptop at the Hospital last night and so we did a webcam and it seemed so good to be able to see her and hear the baby's heartbeat. She is a strong women.
