Andrea and Nate and Family

Here are some Pictures of Andrea and Nate and family. Some are Halloween this year. They still live in Washington and It seems like I have not been up there in a long time. I did spend the summer with them in Utah and Arizona but I have not been to Washington since Aubrie was born last February. I cant seem to find a picture of Nate to post but I will keep pressing Andrea for a Family picture. Sky is 12, Noah is 4, and Aubrie is about 10 months.

Deb and Dean and family.

Here are the Xmas photo of Deb and Dean with there three kids. Little Blake is growing so fast. He is already 3 and 1/2 months old. Aleck and Kenna are also both 6 now. They are in there Halloween costumes. The other one was taken at the Adoption Fair in November. Cant believe they are growing up so fast also. Its a blast to be able to see them everyday. Wish all my kids lived here. when I get more I will post them..

Troy and Anita and Family.

Here are some cute pictures of Troy and Anita's family. I cant believe how much they have grown. Drake is 14, Dakota is almost 10, Demi is almost 8 and Danika is almost 3... I sure wish we were closer so that I could spend more time with them. This summer kids, I will be back..

Jason and Jamie and family with New Little Alexis Marie Oldham

she was born on Dec 4th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. She weighed 8 lbs even and was 19 inches long. She is a doll and I cant wait until I can see her. Jason finally got his little girl. Jamie is glad to have her here safe and sound..... Jason's twins Tayson and Trey are 4 and in there Halloween costumes. Dont they look cute. And of course Bracken on the Knee board this summer in Utah...and he is 8.

This is an Ultrasound of my next little Granddaughter. Jason and Jamie are having a little girl who is due on the 11th of December. Alexis will be her name. She is at about 30 weeks here and she is smiling for the camera. Isn't that darling. We are Sooooo Excited and cant wait to meet her...

New arrival of Little Blake Rettew

Well on August 20th a very special little boy was born and his parents are Deb and Dean Rettew. God has blessed them with another precious little child. His birthfamily gave them this little miracle and he is just so precious. They got him on the 26th of August. He weighed 7 lb 13 oz. He now weighs almost 13 lbs. he is growing good and is such a little delight. He is starting to smile a little now. Here is his picture......

Here are some cute pictures of Sky, Noah and Aubrie. Looks like Summer in the Northwest has finally arrived. Sky decided to make some sugar cookies and Noah just finished an Ice Cream. Aubrie loves it outside. We are at 105 today and its been 14 days over a hundred. We broke a record for May YEA....................... NOT. Its really been hot here. Just staying in the house and being lazy. Got cabin fever though so now have to get out and do something. Hope I dont melt........

Busy weekend. May 17 2009

Well its been a week since I last posted and so thought I better add a few words. Aleck had his last T Ball game on Saturday and he did so great.

Mothers Day 2009

Today is Mothers Day and it has been a very enjoyable day. I went to church with Deb and Dean and family and then after Church we went back to there house to open Mother Day gifts. I got a lovely bottle of Hallie Berrie Perfume and a purse from Deb and Dean and kids and Deb also took me to lunch on Sataurday . We ate at Costa Vida and it was Yummie.. I got a beautiful boquet of Roses from Andrea and Family along with some Money. Then I also got some Beautiful flower from Troy and Anita and family so I think I made out great. Deb called first thing this morning to wish me a Happy Mothers Day and then Andrea called after that and she wished me a Happy Mothers Day and then Troy and family Called me about 6 or so and also Wished me a Happy Mothers day. Then I got a call from Jason and Jamie this evening and they also wished me a Happy Mothers Day. It is so great to hear from all your kids and I do feel blessed to have such great kids. Troy said the the flu had been going through there family the last couple weeks and today , Mothers Day, of all days Anita came down with it. I wished her a speedy recovery. Jason and Jamie had been up to Cub River on there properity cleaning it up and getting it ready for the Summer camping and had just gotten home when they called. it was great to talk to all of them. I also of course wished all of them a Happy Mothers Day to. All is all it was a great day. Then to top it off Dean fixed Dinner and Deb and I just layed around watching. He did all the work and clean up so Thanks for a wonderful Dinner Dean.

Chris and Julie's Visit to Arizona

Well today is Sunday and what a beautiful day we have had. In the low 80's and not a cloud in the sky. I have had company from Utah this last week. My nephew Chris and his wife Julie and little daughter Lizzy came down for the week. We had a great visit and they checked out a few subdivisions looking for a house they want to buy. They are thinking about moving back to Arizona. Would love to have more family here. He is John's son and moved to Arizona right after he got off his mission. We had a great cookout on Thursday over at Deb and Deans where Chirs cooked some Tri Tip on the grill and it was yummy. Here is a cute picture of his little girl Lizzy. She was so happy and was always smiling. She is about 15 months old I think. She loved the Jacuzzi.

Roasting Marshmellows

Went over to Deb and Deans the other night and they built a fire out in back and we made smores. The Kids love to do this and actually it kind of is like your camping. We need to go camping again. The smell of the fire and the night air made me homesick for the mountains. Anyway it was fun and the smores were really good. These pictures were taken with my $2.00 camera also.

Easter in Washington.

Well I was not there but here are some cute pictures of Easter at the Hutchisons. Look like they had a great time to. Little Aubrie looks so cute. She is about 2 Months old. I think Andrea said it was kind of Raining that day but kids dont care. Enjoy....

Easter in Arizona

Well Easter came and went and I still did not blog about it. I am just a little slow. Anyway it was a great day and after church the kids ,Aleck and Kenna, had a blast. We had dinner and then I had a little Easter Egg hunt for them. Then we went to roll eggs, or should I say throw eggs. They had fun though and It was fun watching them. I remember when we use to go up to cemetary hill and roll our eggs down there when I was a kid. Probably threw a few myself in my day. Here are some cute pictures that I took with my new $2.00 garage sale Minolta camera. Not digital either but I had them put on CD instead of prints so i could download them to my computer. They turned out pretty good.

Bracken's 8th Birthday.

Today is My Grandson Bracken 8th Birthday. I sure wish I was up there in Utah to help them celebrate. I called and talked to him and he sounded like he was having a good time. He was celebrating at His Dads house and sounded so happy. He is not one to talk much on the phone. It will be fun to be able to spend some time with him when I go up there this summer. I will post some birthday pictures IF I get any sent to me. Sons are not to good at that sometimes. This picture was taken of Bracken when he went to Yellowstone Park with his Dad and Jamie's family last September. I am sure he has grown some since then. HAPPY BIRTHDAY honey. Wedding Anniversary (No not mine)

Today is Saturday the 18th of April and it is my Sister Jeanine and her Husband Bob's 60th wedding anniversary. Yep I said 60. What a wonderful thing to have been together that long. You can tell why they have been together that long when you are around them very much because you can see how much they love each other and are so devoted to each other. That makes success. Utah for the Summer

well if all goes well I will be spending most of the summer in Utah. I have rented an apartment in Logan for 6 weeks. This will be a test to see if this is what I want to do each summer from now on. Arizona is pretty hot so this may be the answer. The place is new and furnished except for linen's and so I think it will be kind of fun. It is a three bedroom three bathroom so i will have plenty of room for sleepovers. Andrea and kids are coming in july for a couple weeks and I think Deb and Dean will also be there some time during my stay. I am looking forward to spending some time with my other grandkids that I dont get to see much. Troy and Jason's family. As well as spending time with my siblings and some of my friends. The complex is called Appletree Cove apartments. Its on about 7th North and 8the E. It will be interesting..........

My Junt to the Hospital

On the 31st of March in the morning my heart started to race again. It had not happened for about 4 years so I was a little anxious when it would not stop. I ended up going over the the ER at Mt Vista Medical Center Hospital and they pumped me full of drugs to get it stopped. It finally started to slow down but they decided to admit me. It was at 250 beats a minute and I was getting really light headed so that was why I went. I was there for two days. I could have gone home after one day but my regular Cardialogist was not notified until a kind Nurse called his office on the 2nd day and they came right up. I went home on the 2nd of April. I am on some new meds that is making me feel real strange. Soooooo Tired. It is supposed to lower the heart rate and the blood pressure. I feel better when it starts to ware off so I am going to call Monday and see if I really have to take it. I am already on one med for the problem and I sure would like to dump this one.

Little Aubrie is Smiling now.

Here is a cute picture of little Aubrie Rose. She is now smiling and this is such a cute one of her. I wish i was there so that i could tickle her tummy and make her smile. I will see them in June or July.

Bass Pro and Tempe Market Place

We spent a little time at Tempe Market Place and then at Bass Pro. It was a beautiful evening and so we just walked around and the kids played a couple target shooting games at Bass Pro and took some neat pictures. Jamie and i spent one day walking around Arizona Mills Mall. Then on another day we all went out to San Tan and shopped some more. It was a fun visit.
